House: 39½“ to top of chimneys, and 35” to apex of the roof. Width 32½“.
Ground floor:
Left hand room: 13” deep, 9” high, width 13½“ , width of stair case 3¼“.
Right hand room: 15¼” deep, 9” high, width 9½“, Bay windows 4” deep, 5½“ high.
First floor:
Left hand room: 16” deep, 8¾” high, width 13½“.
Right hand room: 16” deep, 8¾” high, width 13½“.
Attic:
Left hand room: 16” deep, 15½” high to apex of ceiling, width 15“ approx.
Right hand room: 20” deep, 15½” high, width 16½“. Chimney stack is 2” wide, 4” deep.
Buyer to collect the doll’s house from the shop or delivery can be arranged up to 50 miles for an extra fee.
