1/12 scale dolls house kit, is a half-timbered dolls house. The house has a stone detailed arched base under the timbered top half with stairs leading up to 2 levels of floors. Both floors have windows and are accessible with hinged front and a lift off roof.
The front can be hinged either side allowing access to the 2 floors internally.
Dimensions: 27½“ high, width 13¾“ wide, 12⅝ “ deep.
This will need collecting from the shop, or it can be delivered up to 50 miles from the shop for an additional fee.
